"Pls do not buy AC from this shop. Firstly he took 3 days to deliver the AC. And within 2 days of installation, I am facing issues with this AC. While buying the product he kept on saying that you will get on demand service from us directly. You can call us directly and technician will visit within 24-48 hrs. Now, it has been more than 48 hrs but no one has reached out to me for my issue. I am continuously following up with these guys (Indian refrigeration) but they are apathetic to our problem. They just keep saying there is a huge load on us. Very pathetic after sale service."
